PITCH REQUESTS
We will make every effort to accommodate customer requests wherever possible but cannot guarantee a certain pitch.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Maximum booking size is 2 individual units together and only with acceptance via telephone. This includes individual/seperate bookings that are associated with each other. Group bookings are not accepted online. On arrival any persons forming a group on the site without prior acceptance will be asked to leave the site with no refunds offered.

All dogs must be supervised by and under the control of you, or a responsible adult at all times. You must not leave any pet unsupervised.
DRONES
We do not authorise the flying of drones on or around Tyn Yr Eithin.
FIRES
Fires of any kind are strictly prohibited, this includes fire pits, chimneas and using your BBQ as a fire after cooking. You may use disposable BBQ's if you do not sit them directly on the grass as it will cause the grass to scorch.
The Park owners are absolved of all liability for accidents, loss, or damage to guest’s personal property. We reserve the right to ask guests not observing the terms and park rules to leave the park without refunds and with immediate effect.
WASTE
We take recycling very seriously. Our bins/skips are on hire from Denbighshire County Council at a cost and are only to be used for the disposal of general waste.
The bins are clearly labelled for plastic/cardboard/glass/paper/tin cans and a separate bin for non-recyclable household waste i.e. food etc. Please make sure that you place the correct rubbish in the correct bin. CCTV monitor these bins. There is a Civic Amenity Site situated on the Denbigh Industrial Estate and the Council will allow you to use this free of charge for non-caravan items (old bikes etc).
